Be Ye Transformed / Episode 6
The Greatest Misunderstanding About Following Jesus’ Example
In this episode I explore 1 John 2:6, which calls us to live as Jesus did. I clarify that this instruction should be taken seriously, not literally — meaning we aren't expected to replicate Jesus's every action, like walking everywhere or wearing sandals. Instead, the focus is on obeying God's commandments and reflecting Christ's righteousness in daily life. I emphasize that we are called to live our own lives according to God's will, following Jesus's teachings rather than imitating His specific actions.
